I miss you, my "Casper" Trainer

Tracer, YOU'RE 12 Now!!! I miss you a lot...Mom's been keepin' me up on all the celebration. I took these pictures of a skate park I saw while I was in Indonesia - it's called "Skate Park Tsunami"...of course, I thought about my brother who taught me how to do "Casper" in our living room (for any, who, as I was, may be unaware of this term, it signifies a horizontal rotation on the board affected by twisting the body (okay, this is not a "Pro" definition) - Trace, you can comment on this post and give us the real facts!!! Do you think if I dream hard enough I can learn to grind? [Laughing] It was fun to talk with you tonight. I sure love you.

I am glad that you are out of the hospital and doing well. How are you doing there? When are you going back to Bande Ache? Do you know what you are going to paint yet for the mural?

Hey Scotty!
I am doing well. Thanks so much for asking! It's amazing how a little bacteria can make us feel so bad, but it's great to be healthy again and able to walk and talk! Well, I actually could talk while I was in the hospital, but the walking wasn't so easy! About your question on the mural in Banda Aceh...I'm still thinking about this. I'll be heading back there in a few days and so will need to make some sketches soon. Do you have any ideas? I'm definitely thinking lots of color, maybe an under-water scene with fish and plants. I hope that there will be kids that can come and "lend a hand"- liturally! I'm thinking about having their handprints form a tree and then writing the fruits of the Spirit in Bahasa...I've heard this would be acceptable (to the authorities).

Hope you guys have fun at the start of Springtime! What's the youth group up to?
